Even better: BooFest is free and no registration is required.

Lakewood Ranch Main Street transforms into a Halloween celebration filled with costumed kids, trick-or-treating, local businesses, entertainment and activities for the whole family.

What to Expect at BooFest

Children can trick-or-treat along Main Street as local vendors and merchants hand out candy.

The Kids’ Zone adds face painting, balloon twisting, inflatables and hands-on experiments, while live performances keep the Main Stage going throughout the evening.

And yes, costumes are definitely encouraged.

The first 2,500 attendees can also pick up a free trick-or-treat pumpkin tote at the Veteran Air booth.

Why BooFest Is Such a Lakewood Ranch Favorite

This is one of the things I love about living in Lakewood Ranch.

Our town centers aren't simply places to eat and shop. They're gathering places.

Main Street can be dinner on Tuesday, Music on Main on Friday and suddenly an entire Halloween celebration filled with families by the end of October.

That's something you can't see by scrolling through real estate listings.

Thinking About Moving to Lakewood Ranch?

Events like BooFest are a great way to experience Lakewood Ranch before deciding where you want to live.

Walk Main Street. Have dinner. Watch the families. Explore the surrounding neighborhoods.

Because finding the right home here isn't only about bedrooms and square footage.

It's about finding the part of Lakewood Ranch that fits the way you actually want to live.

Whatever it takes.
